Delivery address

VAUDRION BAT delivers customer orders to the address specified in the order. Changes to the delivery address must be communicated by the customer to VAUDRION BAT by email to [email protected] and will only be accepted if shipment has not yet taken place.

Shipping costs will be billed to the customer:

Free delivery (We deliver all items free of charge)

Estimated delivery :

Processing time (days): 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday) to process your order;
Delivery time (days): 3 to 5 working days (Monday to Friday) to deliver the order to your address;

For a total delivery time of 3 to 7 working days to deliver the order to your home.

We take into account your delivery preferences (day, time…) and strive to offer you the best possible conditions.

If your order is more than 2 working days late according to the above guidelines, please contact us by e-mail at [email protected] and provide your name, order number and order date.
