1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GTC”) govern all relations between VAUDRION BAT, operator of the website vaudrionbat.com, and any individual or legal entity making a purchase on our online store (hereinafter “the Customer”).
By placing an order on VAUDRION BAT, the Customer acknowledges having read and accepted the GTC without reservation.
2. Products and Availability
VAUDRION BAT offers a wide range of materials and equipment for construction and building.
Each product is accurately described. If a product is unavailable after an order is placed, the Customer will be informed promptly and can choose between a full refund or an equivalent product.
3. Prices and Payment
The prices displayed on arezbatiment.com are in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC).
Accepted payment methods:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Bank transfer
Payments are secure and processed through protocols that comply with current standards.
4. Order and Validation
- Every order is validated after payment confirmation.
- A confirmation email is sent to the Customer with an order summary.
- VAUDRION BAT reserves the right to cancel an order in case of fraud suspicion or previous disputes.
5. Delivery
5.1 Delivery Zones
We deliver to mainland France and certain European Union countries.
5.2 Delivery Fees
- Free delivery on all items!
- All items are delivered at no extra cost to the Customer.
5.3 Estimated Delivery Time
- Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 6:00 PM (UTC+01:00) will be processed on the same business day.
- Processing time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday) for order preparation and shipment.
- Shipping time: 2 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday) for delivery to your address.
This results in a total delivery time of 3 to 7 business days for home delivery.
5.4 Order Tracking
Upon shipment, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to track the delivery in real time.
Tracking is also available via the “Order Tracking” section on vaudrionbat.com.
5.5 Missed or Delayed Delivery
- If you are absent, a delivery notice will be left for pickup at a local point or post office.
- If the package is not collected within the deadline, it will be returned to our warehouse and can be resent at the Customer’s expense.
- If delayed by more than 10 business days, contact our customer service at [email protected].
6. Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy
6.1 Right of Withdrawal and Free Returns within 30 Days
VAUDRION BAT offers a free return policy within 30 days, including the legal right of withdrawal for 14 days.
A prepaid return label is included in every package, allowing the Customer to return products at no cost.
Return conditions:
- The product must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging with all accessories.
6.2 Full Refund within 7 Business Days
Once the return is received and inspected, we proceed with a full refund within 7 business days, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
The Customer will be notified by email once the refund is confirmed.
7. Warranty and Liability
All our products come with:
- Legal conformity guarantee
- Warranty against hidden defects
If a product is defective, the Customer must contact us within 30 days after receipt for a quick resolution (replacement, repair, or refund).

10. Disputes and Applicable Law
- These GTC are governed by French law.
- In case of disputes, we prioritize an amicable resolution via our customer service.
- If an amicable resolution fails, the dispute will be submitted to the competent authorities, who will determine the appropriate courts to handle the matter.
